Why the complain ?
When u get easy interview, you complain thats too easy for you
You dont have the feeling of accomplishing something
When you have to go thru 3 stages of interview
You complain it's way too hard
You compare your salary
Well, I got this problem too, I need to rectify..
Get the right attitude !
