as a person who work at site u actually cares about weather.
Raining means no concrete casting and we left behind the schedule.
Im so prepare to work on saturday. as in today as i know my beloved CMT sdn. bhd. is a freaking pia company which dun have holiday even at agung's birthday.
At least my heart was all-prepared to work.
What i gotta say is today is totally an unpredictable day. The plot twist like twister..
Working as an site engineer, my advice is :
Dont look back, give all u have. prepare to be a no-life person.then u wil successful in the end.FOR SURE.
Dont expect u can hav a coffee and relax during weekend, "What is weekend ?" is normally quoted from site ppl.
A 8 yrs experienced engineer just got sacked by today.
Construction is a cruel field.
U cannot work. Go kiong kan.
Seriously.
While im packing back at 530
wat a good-timing downpour.
Then all of the sudden they said no work for tomorrow.
I oso dun feel very happy as a sudden holiday to me. I aint got programme as i din ajak my friends out.
As the rain still falls, I might as well do all my mountain-stacking paper work after monitoring at the site.
Then suddenly project manager walks in.
I never seeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeen him so angry before.
Must be the crazy-sub contractors.
He scolded all of us in the team.
But not me as my responsibility is too tiny to be mentioned and scolded.
In tat one hour, I listen so many rude words.
tis time he really tulan liao lol.
I really never see he so tulan before !!
Time flies.
830pm now.
I kesi walk to take few pieces of biscuit to hint tat im hungry already.
Then my project manager came to me :
ah tan, how good if u already grad.
I can pass many jobs to you. You as a trainee even better than those malay engineer.
Ohh im so shy...Cos Im good is just a straight fact.LOL !
He said he will straight hire me without going thru interview.
Say i alwiz ask questions good attitude,actually is i alwiz blur then keep ask and ask and ask,lol.
And then his phone rings.
My supervisor ah foo wife call my project manager cell phone
worry y his husband so late not yet back
We break into laughter lol !!!!
Then his anger seems to fade and tell us all to fix our brake and he will claim to office..
as balik pulau road is pretty dangerous.
He is a kind man actually.
You can tell he used to be a shi man person right before he stepped in the game.
You cant control ppl if you dun smoke, if u dun scold ppl wit rude words.
'This is the rules of the game. Bow to the fate.'
But it's a high pay job u can be rest assured.
Then we went to eat seafood again.
Just wan to tell u guys i lunch oso seafood.
Do site alot tauke belanja.
Unpredictable thgs happen again.

i tot morning , noon rained so big dy...supposedly .....UGH....the timing is so bad
827am i was like...relek lar... I am taukeh's son ma ( lol my uncle's company ) then i summore went to eat breakfast...
I dun really know the fastest way to go CMT and i saw a worker wearing the uniform on the road ( my uncle really got alot employee) so i just follow him.
I reached I was assigned to follow Mr.Yeoh As expected, he is too busy.. I think I learnt all the things from uncle uncle ( site supervisor who dont have good command of english but have 30 yrs experience on the site ) They were very nice and good in scolding foul language.. contractor and consultant See the difference ?
And my project manager ask me : where's ur hometown me : penang he : ok then just speak hokkien me : lol
I finished up all drawing and Mum is correct Project running is at Balik Pulau and Kulim so i was assigned to balik pulau it's like another site of penang so dilapidated so far. and saturday full day. No fix time and probably OT everyday. Ok la stay positive...trainee is lidat XD
Respect my uncle more now.. Construct an international school with 6 lane indoor swimming pool I guess he is FILTHY... managing director.. Thank you for giving me this chance =) He even got some businessman reward fr Samy Vellu. Wow impressive. My role model. It's not easy to manage a company,even a small one. He did it, and did it so good.
The bad thing is i dun have friday nite now.. Nvm i tink i still can pou and wet alot lol. Must accompany my mum also. Advice : Dont overlook unconscious stress, my acid reflux is probably due to tat.. I back penang recover abit d...but just now to rush to site and ate quickly it came back a lil bit again.
Im now chao chao ( smelly ) My boots are dirty, with muds and stuff... Off to bathe now..update soon XD
